Giving back

Working with self employed clients is a way for me to give back to a community in which I have been a member for over four decades.  Self employment has been an important part of my life and it served me and my family well.  The independence and freedom it allowed permitted me the resources, time and energy, for parenting, exploring life and engaging in personal interests.

What I learned during these years was a systemic approach to work requiring discipline, creativity and flexibility.  It required consciousness of what was happening in the market place and adjusting to the times, conditions, needs and opportunities which were possible.  Having consistency of performance, manifesting strengths and honoring limitations were the primary issues contributing to success.

Allow me to offer

My services and some support in taking a look at your business.  My personal experience and the experience of clients owning small businesses or those being self-employed as independent contractors, often times, has been a systemic problem.  Simply, a lack of systems which allowed the business to manage the owner, rather, than the owner managing the business.
